I visit Las Vegas once a year. This book is a great companion. You can also purchase strategy cards for the various games; "jacks or better", "deuces wild", etc.
If you want to play video poker, this is a must have.

Never having played the game I thought it would be a good book to start with, Big Mistake. I went to several casinos after learning all the lessons in the book only to find that you must play in the high limit areas of the casino to get the odds the author speaks of in the book.Your money goes very quickly and the odds seem to make little difference. I changed games and went back to the slots were I did better. My wife stayed with the slots all the time and did even better. Not sure if I will play this game for money again. I will try another author next time and maybe my luck will change in this game.
